Due to recent attacks on our service and the prohibitive cost to maintain adequate protection for you our customers, Community Broadband/Outlawnet will be discontinuing @outlawnet.com email service effective March 1st 2011.

This will affect Email service only, all internet services, including domain hosting will continue to operate.

We do have an alternative email system @cbbmail.com available for your use. Alternatively, there are several free email services available such as gmail.com, yahoo.com or hotmail.com

After March 1st 2011, Email will no longer be able to be sent, received or forwarded. All email stored on our servers will no longer be available. Any online contacts or address books will also not be available.  Remote mail will be terminated at this time.

Please use the time between today and the 1st of March 2011 to move your email service and retrieve any valuable saved items from your online folders, including your addresses.

Our goal is to give to our customers the very best service available and that is no longer possible with OutlawNet's current equipment and setup.

We understand that many of you have had your email address for multiple years, and that changing will undoubtedly be an inconvenience. We do apologize, this is not a decision that was made lightly.
